At Limos, we design and manufacture combined slaughter lines, which enable the slaughtering and processing of two or more types of animals. The basic principle and main advantage of such slaughter lines is that some of the processes are performed using the same equipment. This results in much lower investment costs compared to having two or more specialised slaughter lines. It also reduces the space required for the installation of the slaughterhouse equipment.

Such slaughter lines enable the slaughtering and processing of meat in various combinations: cattle–pigs, cattle–sheep, pigs–sheep and other combinations.

Combined slaughter lines are an ideal solution for those who slaughter different types of animals, yet do not do so in a large enough capacity for specialised slaughter lines to make financial sense.
